Building Accountability into racial equity solutions

The Coven conducted a two-part study in partnership with Greater MSP to illuminate the gaps, successes, and hopes of local organizations regarding anti-racism within their workplaces. Each study examined what’s being done, what’s working, and what opportunities remain within diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice efforts. 

75+ BIPOC individuals were invited to examine organizational actions designed to advance racial equity and share their thoughts about holding organizations accountable. The conversation explored three dimesions of racial equity work: internal organizational committments, external organizational committments, and community outreach and support.
