  • PilotoMail is a digital mailroom service that lets you manage your physical mail online. It’s like having a virtual mailbox. You’ll get a real address at The Coven, and PilotoMail scans and uploads images of your mail so you can view, forward, shred, or pick it up whenever it’s convenient.

  • If you run a business, travel often, or just want to keep your personal address private, PilotoMail gives you flexibility and security. No more missed deliveries or piles of unopened mail - everything is organized, accessible, and manageable from your phone or computer.

  • When you sign up, you’ll be assigned a unique mailbox address tied to The Coven location you use most. The Coven’s team will receive your mail, scan the envelopes into your secure PilotoMail account, and you’ll decide what to do next: open, forward, shred, or hold for pickup.

  • Yes! You can use your PilotoMail address as your official business address for banking, LLC registration, invoices, and more. It gives your business a professional presence with a real street address (not a P.O. box).

  • Absolutely. Each member gets a private login, and your scanned mail is only visible to you. The Coven and PilotoMail both follow strict data protection and privacy protocols to keep your information safe.

  • The United States Postal Service is a federal branch of the US government that follows strict protocols similar to other government offices. That’s why they ask for two different forms of ID, which is especially important when handling private and personal items like someone else’s mail. We need to be absolutely certain about your identity to protect your privacy and ensure secure handling of your mail.

  • No problem. Your mail will stay securely stored for 20 days. Additional days will be charged at $0.25/day. You can log in anytime to manage it, or pick it up in person during staffed hours.

  • Pricing varies slightly by location and membership type, but it’s an affordable add-on.

    • Basic Mailbox costs $30/month: includes a professional business address, digital mailbox access, mail and package handling available

    • Virtual Office costs $70/month: includes a professional business address, digital mailbox access, open & scan options, shredding & recycling services, and mail forwarding services

  • It’s simple! Visit spaces.thecoven.com and select your preferred location and select Virtual Mail Service. You’ll get a quick setup email to verify your identity and connect your new mailbox.

  • Once you’re set up in PilotoMail, we’ll transition your incoming mail to your digital mailbox so everything’s organized in one place. You’ll still have the option to pick things up in person if you prefer.

  • Mail will be held on days The Coven is closed, and we will continue service from mail delivered when we re-open.

  • If you move to a different Coven location, we can transfer your address easily.
