Radical LEADERSHIP AWARDS

The Coven is thrilled to announce our inaugural Radical Leadership Awards! These awards will honor people doing the most good in our communities. Nominations were open to anyone in the Twin Cities committed to making positive impact and change. We will honor the winners at a lively award ceremony on October 25, 2023 featuring local artists, entertainers, and leaders.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to cash awards for the winners.
If cost is a barrier for you, please request a community-funded ticket at no cost.

We’ll honor five inspiring individuals doing radical work in the Twin Cities.

  • Emerging Founder

    For the incredible small business or startup founder in business for less than three years.

  • Radical Pioneer

    For the seasoned entrepreneur in the community committed to doing the most good for more than three years.

  • Community Advocate

    For the activist or social justice leader pushing our community forward.

  • Organizational Advancement

    For the corporate employee or leader driving innovative, positive change in their organization.

  • Radical Leader of the Year

    For the person doing truly groundbreaking, incredible, and intentional work in multiple ways.

OUR JUDGES

Our judges are evaluating nominations based on three criteria: Leadership, Impact, and Story. Nominees with the top average scores across all three will be selected for an award in their respective category.
