The Coven is partnering with Nice Healthcare to give our members access to primary care, prescriptions, and mental health solutions through a virtual clinic experience.
What is Nice Healthcare?
Nice Healthcare provides access to medical professionals who are licensed and certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants and can do anything a primary care doctor can do. These professionals provide care to you virtually or at your home, with no need to visit a clinic.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Members can add a Nice Healthcare to their Coven membership for $33 per month – just fill out this form to get set up. Once you have added Nice Healthcare to your plan, both you and anyone else in your household will be able to access Nice Healthcare services.
IS THIS INSURANCE?
Nice Healthcare is a virtual and in-person clinic that operates as resource for most primary care and mental health needs. While it is not a replacement for health insurance, many people find that it can save them money on doctor visits because there's no co-pay and the visits don't impact their premium. We recommend members retain a traditional health insurance plan to cover specialty care needs and emergency situations.

CAN OTHERS IN MY HOUSEHOLD USE NICE?
As long as they legally share your same residence, anyone who lives in your home is eligible for Nice even if they aren’t covered under your health plan or your legal dependent.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
No. Nice Healthcare can serve all ages!
my child is in college, can they use nice?
Most likely! If the child still legally lives with you (despite possibly living in a dorm, student housing, etc.) they can still use Nice. If they don’t legally live with you but are covered under your health plan, they can use Nice as long as they are a resident of or are physically in a state we are licensed in.
WHO ARE YOUR MEDICAL PROVIDERS?
Our medical providers are nurse practitioners and physician assistants. They’ve all come from the traditional healthcare system but love that at Nice, they are allotted sufficient time to spend with their patients, chart, and prepare personalized treatment plans so their patients feel heard, seen, and cared for.
CAN YOU DELIVER MEDICATION TO ME?
Medications can be picked up at a partner pharmacy or delivered via Capsule. Talk to your Nice Healthcare team member for questions.
WHICH MEDICATIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer over 100 acute medications and over 400 chronic medications including allergy/sinus, antibiotics, asthma, cold/cough, diabetes, hypertension, mental health, skincare, and more. Read more about our pharmacy program on our website.
HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY?
Nice Healthcare is typically purchased for employees by their employer. Employers pay Nice a fixed fee for employees to have unlimited access to Nice’s services. Additionally, Nice doesn’t have a clinic, which saves significant overhead costs. Also, Nice does not accept health insurance, again, completely removing costs normally associated with healthcare services by not having to code and bill claims. By reducing normal healthcare waste from our processes, and not hiking up our prices, we are able to offer Nice at a reasonable price without sacrificing quality.
WOULD NICE BE MY PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER?
We certainly can be! It is not required that you make Nice your PCP, but we are a primary care clinic and would love to build a relationship with you if that feels comfortable for you.
ARE MEDICAL RECORDS SENT TO OTHER PROVIDERS?
Your medical records are safe and secure at Nice Healthcare. We are not a part of any other health system which means that your records are not going anywhere outside of Nice unless you authorize otherwise. You can sign a release of information form should you need them sent to a provider outside of Nice.
CAN NICE ACCESS MY PREVIOUS HEALTH RECORDS?
Yes! Just let us know that you’d like to establish care with Nice and we’ll send you a quick release of information form to fill out. Once we get that back, we can request your records from your previous clinic(s) so that your provider at Nice has access to them and can give you great continuity of care.
DO YOU OFFER BRAND MEDICATIONS OR GENERIC?
All of the medications on our medication list are generics. We do not offer any free brand name medications. If you need or want a brand name medication, we can still prescribe it and send it to your pharmacy, however, you would not be able to fill it for free.
WHICH PHARMACIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
There are over 65,000 participating pharmacies including Walmart, CVS and Costco. We also can send prescriptions to smaller local pharmacies. The only big name pharmacy that doesn’t participate is Walgreens.
