BUILDING AFFIRMING WORKPLACES FOR GENDER-EXPANSIVE EMPLOYEES

As more local governments introduce discriminatory, anti-trans legislation, employers today need actionable steps and data-driven insights on how to support LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive employees in today’s workspaces. 

The Coven and Mossier conducted a study with more than 2,000 workers nationwide, including 920 LGBTQ+ respondents and 210 gender-expansiverespondents, to explore the experiences Queer and gender-expansive employees and whatthey need from employers.
