KEEPING OUR COMMUNITY SAFE DURING CORONAVIRUS
VISITING OUR SPACES
As of 2023, The Coven has updated safety guidelines. We are no longer requiring the use of masks in our spaces or proof of vaccination. We encourage all members to use masks when moving around our spaces to keep others healthy and will continue to have masks available at our front desk.
Community safety remains our priority. We will continue to follow CDC recommendations in response to public health matters.
VACCINATION
The Coven encourages all members and visitors to be up-to-date on the latest COVID-19 vaccination schedule.
MASKS ENCOURAGED
Masks are encouraged while moving around The Coven space to keep our community healthy.
CLEAN PROCEDURES
Our list of what keeps a fresh space includes CDC recommended items, high-grade cleaners, hand sanitizer, and plenty of soap.
RESERVED WORKSPACES
Our tabletops, couches, and phone booths must be reserved in advance for the convenience and safety of our members.
MINDFUL COMMUNITY
We’ll continue to honor the needs of our community while following CDC guidelines and adjusting our guidelines accordingly.
KEEP DOING THE MOST GOOD!
Like you always do!
WHAT TO EXPECT
• The furniture is arranged and labeled to designate safe spacing. We ask members and visitors to keep safe physical distances between themselves.
• Frequent professional cleaning with anti-bacterial grade cleaner recommended by the CDC/MDH. Our team also conducts hourly cleaning of high-traffic areas.
• Additional cleaning supplies are labeled and available for member use to encourage wiping down workspaces.
• We’re encouraging members and guests to bring their own water bottles, coffee mugs, and dishware whenever possible to limit sharing of items. Single-serve snacks, coffee, and water are always available.
• All amenities and spaces are open and available for use.
• You will find on-site signage to clearly indicate areas that are safe and available for members to use.
