DOING THE MOST GOOD SINCE 2018
The Beauty of Partnership
Without organizational partners who share our values, The Coven would not exist. Together we maximize our impact in doing the most good–together.
Learning AND Development
We’ve worked with incredible organizations to design events and series that fuel growth for their employees, customers, and partners. We unite experts from our partners with members of The Coven community to create a dynamic learning experience. Here are just a few of the topics we’ve tackled:
GET
FUNDED
with Bremer Bank
A three-part series designed to help aspiring business owners craft their pitch and find the money to realize their dreams.
SHE MEANS
BUSINESS
with Facebook
Our team worked with the #SheMeansBusiness team at Facebook to plan dinners for entrepreneurs to make valuable connections, share advice, and move their business ambitions forward.
RADICAL
LEADERSHIP
with 3M & The Bush Foundation
A groundbreaking new intersectional development opportunity designed for Twin Cities leaders looking to pursue the next chapter in their professional journey.
ACCOUNTABILITY TO RACIAL EQUITY
with Greater MSP
The Coven is leading a Community Pulse discussion in partnership with GREATER MSP and the BE MSP network to meaningfully advance the conversation about racial equity efforts in organizations. The output of this effort will be an action plan that GREATER MSP partner companies may use to address social justice among employees, customers, and the broader community.
BUILDING STRONGER COMMUNITIES
FeMNist Day
This annual event started in 2018 with an ambition to celebrate International Women’s Day through real impact. FeMNist Day has grown to a day-long celebration with over 2,000 participants to raise money for women, non-binary, and trans founders in the Twin Cities through a business showcase, workshops, mentor sessions, and a night market with 45+ vendors.
DIRECT ACTION
The Coven partners with Minnesota Women for Political Change to collect supply donations and bring them to areas most impacted by civil unrest. Together our teams collected and distributed over $150,000 worth of supplies to local Twin Cities residents in need.
Pop Up Markets
Our community is rich in creative ambition. We proudly showcase this through pop up markets featuring women, non-binary, and trans makers, creating opportunities for them to make more money for their craft.
It takes a village
The Coven was built on the foundation of community. We’re proud to work with these incredible organizations to do the most good. Our partners have stepped up to support our growing community through content, coaching, workshops, and services.
