Community Engagement Manager (CEM)
As a CEM, your experience in hospitality and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers will be exceptional. This role is responsible for helping us foster a community of belonging and inclusivity through meeting customers' needs from the moment they join and every interaction afterward. You are being offered this position based on your excellent communication skills, a mindset that centers on hosting, and being a problem-solver with critical thinking skills.
CEMs are integral in the sales process and often the first point of contact for sales prospects. Your comfortable level of nurturing leads, promptly following up, and making direct asks will allow you to soar in this role, as you will initiate both email and phone conversations.

Responsibilities Include:
Staff Coven front desk during the potential rotating shifts:
Open: (7:30 am to 1 pm) and Close: (11 am - 4:30 pm). The space opens at 8 and closes at 4; however, we are factoring in any potential opening/closing task time that may be needed. Please refer to the chart below for your scheduled times and those of your coworkers.
Act as a resource for new and potential members
Execute engagement and retention strategies and track/report progress for leadership.
Address potential customer service problems and suggest prompt solutions
Act as a resource for new and potential customers
Plan and execute events in partnership with other team members
Participate in decisions for location-based business engagement strategy
Plan and run events in collaboration with the marketing team
How you drive results:
Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service
Execute engagement and sales strategies
Leverage CRM software tools
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Deliver strong organizational skills with a positive problem-solving attitude
Commitment to a consistent 4-6 hour shift daily
Reliable transportation to and from work as well as between spaces
Support and have availability for occasional evening/weekend events
Nesting Period Expectations
30 Days:
Connecting with all Private Office and Team Membership Leads.
Coordinating a cadence of meetings/check-ins with team members as necessary
Receiving training in Office RnD and practice in implementation
Receiving cross-training in all shift periods
Effectively using communication channels with both staff and members
Connecting with leading Individual Members.
60 Days:
Leading Training and Troubleshooting in Office RnD for Members
Collaborating on growth goals for location
Collaborating and leading in-person connections/event opportunities for members
Updating and improving all SOPs and location-specific documentation.
Leading connections and communication on Digital Platform
90 Days:
Co-Leading Communications with all Private Office, Team Membership, and Lead Individual Members.
Refining spend and execution approaches where appropriate.
Improving on OfficeRnD & associated systems usage.
Reports To: The Coven HQ (while we are identifying a community owner)
Compensation:
$18/ Hour - You are paid bi-weekly, notwithstanding any taxes or other deductions.
Base of 30 hours per week. The CEM role is a non-exempt position for federal wage and hour law, which means if you work over 40 hours a week, you are eligible for overtime and paid time and a half.

Community Engagement Coordinator
As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you bring a strong background in hospitality and a talent for building meaningful relationships with both new and existing members. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment by delivering exceptional service from a member’s very first interaction and throughout their journey with us.
This is a supplemental staff position, primarily responsible for front desk coverage. In addition to daily member engagement, there may also be opportunities to support select Coven events, further contributing to our vibrant community.

Compensation:
$15/ Hour - You are paid bi-weekly, notwithstanding any taxes or other deductions.
Coven Membership for one year from the date of this offer letter. It is valued at $2,500 annually.
