Ayurveda is a holistic lifestyle science that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Ayurveda offers a unique view into individual biology through bodily constitutions, called “doshas.” During our Ayurvedic Wisdom workshop, you’ll discover your doshic make-up and explore how it can help you understand what foods, exercises, and daily rhythms work best for you. A key principle of Ayurveda is that if we work with the natural constitution of our bodies, we’re able to create efficiencies, avoid issues, and heal our mind-body-spirit system. Instead of following one-size-fits-all health recommendations, you’ll feel refreshed with a sense of empowerment in making health choices according to your individual, doshic needs.
