Think of the A10 as a sprint and the A20 as a marathon. Fear not – this class is all about slow + steadily finding a pace and sticking with it. Think: power yoga warm-up, 20 minutes of high intensity workouts, power yoga cool-down. Just like the A10, we’ll start with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications, so all fitness levels are welcome!
